以下列舉兩位學者的回應：

Col. 1, 16. and the Hasidim. My servant David, ask of Ephraim：Have you ever read Hosea 6:2 ‟After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. 歐瑟亞6:2「兩天後他必使我們復生，第三天他必使我們興起，生活在他的慈顏下。」” This verse isn’t about a messiah. This is about Ephraim (The Kingdom of Israel). Hosea spends a lot of time talking about how Israel (Not Judah. Judah is still there.) will be restored. ‟O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.” Again, Ephraim, mentioned at the top of the tablet. If this tablet is apocalyptic in nature, then one would expect Israel to be restored. It just makes more sense that way then to insert an idea about a resurrecting messiah. Col. 2, 80. In three days, live, I Gabriel com[mand] yo[u],：It sounds alot like Zechariah actually. As to the contention that 3 days and nights then a resurrection is a Christian invention, Yeshua himself said,‟As Jonah… 匝加利亞12:10「…他們要瞻望他們所刺透的那一位。」這位被刺透的是誰？先知在12章所用是默示錄體，若按本章上下文看來，先知六次用了「在那一天」的說法，無疑是指默西亞時代。這位被刺透的無名英雄，頗似依撒意亞所讚揚的「上主的僕人」，為此一般解經學者，都以為是指默西亞。瑪竇福音12:40「有如約納曾在大魚腹中三天三夜；同樣，人子也要在地裡三天三夜。」引用了約納2:1「上主安排了一條大魚，吞了約納；約納在魚腹裡，三天三夜。」Max Rambow, USA, 16/08/2008 15:44:00
